5. Order Cancellations and Adjustments
- Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placing them. After that, the order will be processed and shipped, and you may need to follow our return policy for cancellations or adjustments.
- If you need to change your order after it has been processed, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate changes, but once an order has been shipped, it cannot be modified.
6. Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method upon approval of a return. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned items based on our Return & Refund Policy.
