Standard international shipping typically takes between 7 to 14 business days, while expedited international shipping can take between 3 to 7 business days. Please note that customs processing may cause additional delays.

  • P.O. Box and APO/FPO Addresses: We are able to ship to P.O. Boxes and military addresses (APO/FPO), but please note that these addresses may take longer to deliver. We recommend selecting a standard shipping method for these addresses.

8. Missing or Lost Packages

We understand the importance of receiving your order in a timely manner. If your package is missing or lost in transit, please contact us immediately at info@tudunie.com.

  • Domestic Shipments: For missing U.S. shipments, please allow up to 7 business days after the expected delivery date for the package to arrive. After this period, we can initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier.
  • International Shipments: For lost or missing international shipments, please allow up to 21 business days for the package to be delivered. If it is still missing after this period, please contact us for assistance.

9. Order Changes and Cancellations

Once your order has been processed and shipped, we cannot make changes to the shipping address or cancel the order. If you need to change the shipping address or cancel the order, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request before the order is shipped.
